Can I get advice from FSB Insurance Service when I don’t have a policy with them?

Yes. As long as you are a member of the FSB you can seek advice on any General Insurance issues direct with the team.

Do I get discounted premiums by being an FSB member?

Yes. Discounted rates are available on all FSB branded policies which are termed the FSB Protector series of policies. These are Shop Protector, Office Protector, Business from Home Protector, Hotel Protector and Commercial Combined Protector (Including Property Owners).

Are discounts available on all General Insurance Policies?

No. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to find discounted rates on some policies we need to access from the General Insurance Market. However, we can guarantee to search out the best value available to us.

Can I access FSB Insurance Service Policies from any branch of Towergate?

No. You need to contract the FSB Insurance Service team in Oxted. The dedicated FSB helpline is 0845 762 6158 (local rate number).

Which insurers are available via FSB Insurance Service?

We have a wide range of insurers available to us at FSB Insurance Service. The Protector Policy Series are underwritten by AXA Insurance and NIG PLC plus we have unlimited access to the General Insurance Market including the Lloyds Market.

Does the FSB Insurance Service only specialise in Commercial Insurance policies?

No. We are able to cater for all Insurance needs including Car, Van, Motorcycle, Household Buildings & Contents, Caravan, and Boat.
